In an effort to deliver a single source option to the market, Banner Medical invested in capital equipment and formed strategic partnerships with reputable suppliers who provide many of the value-added services routinely required in the industry. OEMs and Contract Manufacturers can inadvertently increase supply chain complexity by bringing material in and out of their facilities (prior to or after machining) for value-added services required to meet specification. We can perform many of the common value-added services in process, reducing freight and logistics costs while increasing the level of risk mitigation.
