• Assistance in forecasting services that factor material availability and processing time required

Blanket Order Programs:

• Annual purchase orders that require scheduled releases over a 12-month period

Hold For Release Programs:

• Banner Medical will hold a specific amount of finished good inventory for an agreed upon time per customer requirement

Vendor Managed Services:

• Banner Medical has formed long-standing relationships with many value-added processors. By allowing Banner to manage these services, one purchase order reduces supply chain complexity while minimizing risk. Banner suppliers must pass rigorous audits to comply with our quality system requirements, ensuring the premium quality of our products. These value-added services include, but are not limited to:
